Windows 8.x

In Windows 8.x we have the problem that some changes on the "system-HDD" need "Administator" permissions.

What u have to do to avoid this problem:

1. Don't use "ClickOnce-Signature"
2. Add an "app.manifest" in this manifest u have to add "requireAdministrator" Help
